The Organizer has the right to offer the User various special offers - bonuses and promotions, within which the User is given the opportunity to receive additional material benefits, in accordance with the terms of the specific special offer. The User can choose (activate) the offered bonus or refuse to use this bonus.
Use of each special offer is possible only from one place of residence / one device / one IP address / one browser. The User may lose his bonuses if he does not comply with this rule.
In the Organizer finds that the User misuses the special offer (with the sole purpose of receiving a positive result by using prohibited, fraudulent, or illegal methods), then the User's Profile bonus balances will be immediately canceled, and the Profile may be blocked.
While any of the offered bonuses are activated in the User's Profile, the User is prohibited from using any strategies, including collecting "scenes" in certain games to receive spins with bonus funds. If the User uses such strategies, as well as if the Organizer has a reasonable ground to believe that the User's actions are aimed solely at receiving abusive financial gain using the benefits provided by the bonus, then the Organizer has the right to cancel all User bonuses.
SPELET.LV reserves the right to modify, restrict, or revoke the terms of the offer at any time.
In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of the offer, the issued bonus amount will be void.
The Organizer has the right to make any changes and/or additions to these rules. The current version of the terms and conditions of the special offers is displayed on the website SPELET.LV. Along with the mentioned rules, the basic rules of organizing and using SPELET.LV interactive gambling also applies.
